Drinking red wine also reduces the risk of colon, lung and prostate cancer. It also keeps the memory sharp and prevents tooth decay. Red wine also helps protect against obesity and diabetes. Red wine is good after a hard day at work, during dinner with family or enjoyed with a few of your favorite friends.

Body Exfoliation

Beautiful skin takes work. You are covered from head to toe in skin, and that skin is constantly shedding dead skin cells. The problem is that sometimes those dead skin cells don’t fall off – they just build up and clog pores or make skin feel rough. That’s why body exfoliation is key, or you won’t see a positive change in your skin. Scrubbing for even one minute twice a week will keep your skin fresh. You can use and exfoliating scrub or just combine a regular body wash with a loofah or a washcloth.

Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is an essential oil mostly from Australia and New Zealand. Tea tree oil works on pimples because it has disinfecting and soothing properties. The oil penetrates the blockage between your skin and sebaceous glands and it is good at disinfecting the pores, and drying out whiteheads and blackheads. This oil can also be use to prevent acne. Apply it regularly to keep breakouts from occurring.
